Ingredients
  • Chicken pieces- 500 grams
  • Soy sauce- As per taste
  • Green Chillies finely chopped
  • Garlic finely chopped-2tbsp
  • Vinegar- 1tsp
  • Cornflour- 1 tbsp
  • Oil-2tsp
  • Salt- As per taste
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix the chicken pieces, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and green chillies (if you want it very spicy, add a lot of chillies).
  2. Pour oil in a frying pan.
  3. Fry all the chicken pieces along with the garlic, chillies and soy sauce.
  4. Cook till the chicken is tender.
  5. Sprinkle cornflour and stir.
