Chicken Fry Recipe (Serves-2)
1- Onion finely diced into pieces.
250gms – Chicken (Marinate it with Ginger Garlic paste, turmeric powder and chilly powder)
1/2 tsp- Coriander seeds
1- Kashmiri Chilly
1- small piece of Cinnamon stick
Grind all the above spices into a fine powder.
1. Heat the nonstick pan and pour few drops of oil.
2. Fry the onions till brown, add the marinated chicken and spices.
3. Pour 2 cups of water and let it cook.
4. Add salt to taste.
