Buffet @ Global Fusion, Bandra

On your visit  to Global fusion buffet for the first time- the ambience, the decor and the spread would come as a welcome surprise! The buffet is amazing which serves an assortment of pan-Asian cuisine with the focus on the sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki and tempura.
It’s best you take a reservation a day before if you plan on visiting the restaurant on saturday or sunday, it may be abit of a challenge to get a table immediately. The cuisine is pan-Asian, tilting more towards Japanese and Chinese. The buffet consists of: starter’s counter, sushi and sashimi counter, soup counter, fruit counter, bar counter, main course counter and dessert counter.
The starters counter was quite a delight with a huge variety. There was the stir fry and steam/baked counter which did score very high with us. I am not quite a sushi fan but I did enjoy my first experience trying it out here. Being a total seafood freak the experience was scrumptious. Finally we reached at the main course which we couldn’t do much justice to as we were already full, the main course had steam rice, fired rice, noodles, thai curry, chicken and 3 seafood dishes. The dessert bar was quite a treat which had unlimited baskin robin ice cream and delicious little pastries.
My review is:
